Following a highly successful 2015, Bright continues to grow its UK team and has recently appointed Rob Wilkinson, Zahra Abdulhussein, Paul Cunningham and Gregory Nash. These new appointments will strengthen the sales, client management and support functions across the Bright business

Rob Wilkinson joins as Client Relationship manager and will work alongside Bright’s growing client base to help improve customer experience operations. Rob has an excellent track record in the contact centre industry having formerly managed operations for both Vodafone and Carphone Warehouse. More recently Rob ran his own consultancy business Call Centre Connect and was voted one of Call Centre Helper’s most respected industry figures.

Zahra Abdulhussein joins as Sales and Support Executive helping with client on-boarding, training and support. Zahra most recently worked for Sky where she was responsible for team development, performance management and acted as a subject matter expert.

Paul Cunningham joins the business as Client Success Manager and will work closely with customers to support implementation and set up of our real time customer feedback tool Bright Navigator. Paul has previously held Technical support roles for the likes of Reuters, Visa and Virgin Media.

Greg Nash joins the team as Business Development Executive. He will work closely with the sales division to explore new opportunities and help educate the market. Greg previously ran his own retail business providing products for the likes of Harrods, Selfridges and Amazon.
