Most of Bright’s clients carrying out surveys with us, do this by telephone or through e-mail questionnaires. We are now launching another channel through which you can measure your customer interactions with your company. Our new text message service can send a text message to your customers allowing them to respond to the survey from their phone. This text message service may suit companies which operate in retail or in other face to face customer interactions.

As usual, once the customer has replied to the survey, the results are instantly available in the Bright Navigator in real-time.
