A very varied entry role giving you exposure to all the areas of the company and with numerous career progressions available.
 
Salary guide: depending on skill and experience up to £25k basic, plus up to £5k additional bonus based on performance. Annual incentive trip abroad, 33 days holiday incl. bank holidays.
Location: Flexible / London (Richmond upon Thames).

Since then over 1,000 reviews of clients’ customer service operations have been carried out in our leading benchmarking survey “Bright Index”, and millions of our clients’ customers are surveyed every year using the Voice of Customer tool “Bright Navigator”. Based on this we know what it takes to become a best in class customer service operation and have perfected our tools to help clients achieve this.
 
Key responsibilities

  • Support:
    • Setting up new clients and answering support queries via phone/email, track in Support Log and update knowledge base when appropriate.
    • Sense check data from clients and enter in to the system.
    • Assist with production (e.g. analysis of customer satisfaction results, benchmarking and employee survey reports).
  • Client management:
    • Training and assisting with client support at client sites.
    • Supporting client managers producing bespoke client reports.
    • Running regular reports for clients.
  • Sales support:
    • Invoicing, prospecting, marketing and admin support to the Managing Director and Sales & Marketing Manager.

Key requirements

  • A positive attitude, self-going and a quick learner.
  • A good grasp of commercial issues for managers.
  • Experience from the contact centre industry and/or consultancy a bonus.
  • A keen eye for detail and a logical mind-set
  • Good people and presentation skills, preferably in B2B environment.
  • Fluent with Microsoft office (Excel a must), knowledge of SQL, HTML, SAGE a bonus.
  • Must be UK resident.
