Location: Flexible / London (Richmond upon Thames).
Job type: Permanent

Key responsibilities

  • P&L responsibility for a portfolio of our clients.
  • Setting up new clients and training them in our tools.
  • Production of client reports (e.g. analysis of customer satisfaction results, benchmarking and employee survey reports) as well as product development. Assisting with client support onsite and offsite.
  • Meeting with these clients on a regular basis to identify needs, present added value in the form of analysis of clients’ performance data. Negotiate renewals of contracts (initially with the help of the Operations Director) as well as identifying opportunities for up and cross-selling.
  • Reporting to Operations Director. Plus continuous reporting of client requests and problems as well as own suggestions for improvements to the Product & Support manager.
  • Present the findings of our benchmarking reports and run workshops for clients.
  • Carrying out sales presentations to prospects (within existing client organisations).

Key requirements

  • Strong people, presentation and sales skills, preferably in B2B environment.
  • A positive attitude with a strong desire to achieve. Self-going and a quick learner so that you will be up and running fast.
  • Graduate a plus, a good grasp of commercial issues for managers a must.
  • Experience from the contact centre industry and/or consultancy a big plus.

Must be UK resident.
