• 2000 Formed in Sweden as contact centre consultancy. The founders  came from leading positions at an insurance company with a strong belief that companies could significantly improve their customer management and thus profitability.
  • 2001 Benchmarking product Bright Index launched.
  • 2002 International expansion starts, operations in Norway, Denmark and Finland launched.
  • 2006 Bright UK Ltd founded, office opened in London and the first UK clients participate in the benchmark. New software platform developed.
  • 2008 Bright Navigator launched, a complete Performance Measuring suite, adding automatic customer satisfaction measuring to our portfolio. Industry first links found between Performance, Employee engagement and Customer Satisfaction.
  • 2010 “Top 25%” award launched. The top 25% performers in the Bright Index benchmarking will be awarded every year and announced in national press.
